  • What food is being served and what is the timing of the event?

    5:30 – Cocktails & Appetizers:
    Mango Poke Wontons
    Thai Chicken Satay
    Grande Antipasto Station

    7:00 – Dinner & Presentations Start:
    Farmhouse Salad

    Assorted Fresh Baked Rolls

    Colorful Vegetable Medley

    Creamy Risotto with Pesto and Peas

    Entrée duo of both:

    • House Cured & Smoked Pecan Wood Salmon with Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce

    • Herb Crusted Petite Beef Shoulder Loin with Mushroom & Shallot Demi-Glace


    Dessert duo of both:

    • Mini Apple Crisp

    • Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Sauce

     

    9:00 – Dance

    9:30 – Late Night Snack:  Build Your Own Popcorn Station presented by Meritech

    10:30 – Last Call


  • What if I didn’t purchase a table?
    This year we offered 3-levels of tickets. The top 2-levels included reserved tables. The single ticket option does not come with reserved seating. There will be enough spaces for all single tickets sold, however we cannot guarantee if you wanted to sit with a small group that you will all be able to fit at the same table. The best bet if you fall into this category is to come early. Single ticket seating is on a first come basis and can be identified as “open seating” on the placards located on the tables. Each table will fit 8 people.

  • Are you still accepting donations?
    YES! We will gladly accept donations! Our biggest needs can be found on our Amazon wish list. The classroom gift card challenge is also still going and the contest is a close one! All items can be sent to the office:

  • What do I wear? Is there a theme?
    No themes this year. Most people will dress up for the event. Think suit and tie for men (vs. tux) and nice dress or slacks for women (vs. gown).But truly, wear whatever makes you most comfortable! It’s your night out, so enjoy it!


  • Will the action be open to everyone or just those that purchased tickets?
    We will open the silent auction to the entire Ave Maria community. There will be no fee for those who didn’t purchase tickets to bid on these items. Only those that are at the event will be able to bid on the live auction items. This year we have the incredible classroom creations that will be in the live auction, along with 3 other amazing packages.
