Underwriting (admission and advertising included)

This is a great opportunity for you or your business to show your support.  All of our underwriting opportunities come with admission tickets to the event (as noted on each level), and advertising in our event guide and event webpage.  Your donation helps offset the costs of hosting this event and the acquisition of items for our auction.  

Please email us your camera ready artwork (if available) or let us create the ad for you by
emailing us the information to be included in the ad.

Triple Crown Subscription ($2500)
The Triple Crown subscription, our premier underwriting opportunity, includes 4 admission tickets to the event, a full page color advertisement on either the front or back cover of our event guide, recognition on our event webpage, and special recognition at the event on November 12th.

Kentucky Derby Subscription ($1500)
The Kentucky Derby subscription includes 2 admission tickets to the event, a full page black and white advertisement in our event guide, recognition on our event webpage, and special recognition at the event on November 12th.

Preakness Stakes Subscription ($1000)
The Preakness Stakes subscription includes 2 admission tickets to the event, a 1/2 page black and white advertisement in our event guide, recognition on our event webpage, and special recognition at the event on November 12th.

Belmont Stakes Subscription ($500)
The Belmont Stakes subscription includes 2 admission tickets to the event, a 1/4 page black and white advertisement in our event guide, recognition on our event webpage, and special recognition at the event on November 12th.

We are blessed to have such amazing teachers in our school and our token of appreciation to each of them is a complimentary ticket.  Consider donating the cost of their admission ticket to help offset this expense.
